Tri-Media is pleased to announce the launch of another client site powered by tmDecoder™.
In June 2007 a new online contest was launched for Travel Alberta – the official destination marketing organization for the province of Alberta.
Tri-Media’s tmDecoder™ online contest solution was chosen for to power the micro site and deliver the decoding technology to support this direct mail promotion. The contest started on June 29 and will last to August 26, 2007. The campaign offers site visitors a chance to decode their game card in hopes of winning a number of instant prizes and be entered into a Grand Prize sweepstakes for one of two trips to Alberta’s Best Culinary Festival in Banff.
In order to win an instant prize, participants register on the site using either a physical or a virtual NetDecoder™ game card that is being distributed at participating travel centers. Holding the game card over a scrambled message on the contest page, participants have a chance to decode a ‘winner’ message for the instant prize. A referral tool increases each participant’s chances to win the Grand Prize.
The site’s administrative interface was enhanced with a real-time contest detailed report, full site traffic statistics reports and an option that allows for drawing of Grand Prize winners.
