Tri-Media is pleased to announce the launch and management of yet another Web initiative in the hospitality industry! This time for new restaurant chain: Johnny Rocco’s Italian Grill.
This new restaurant - the first of many - is an Italian restaurant with a warm, welcoming environment and hearty, hand-made dishes. The restaurateurs challenged the agency to create a Web presence that would provide the same ‘welcome and interaction’ that their guest received when they visited the restaurant, plus provide additional interactive services through their Web site.
The tmSuite™’s new restaurant marketing solution: tmHospitality™ was utilized as the basis for this evolving Web initiative. Phase one, launched September 2007 features a content-managed Web site allowing for real-time management of content, menus, customer photos and videos, online contests, and customer surveys. In addition, an online “Lounge” will provide for VIP access to customized content, entertainment and specials.
What for the next phase, launching later this fall, which will include online party planning, personal initiations, online reservations and e-commerce!
